This is me. As I enter mid-life, I have come to recognize two important things: 1) there is no grand, final solution to my problems and 2) everything continues to change. It’s the good news and the bad news. The Wheel of Life keeps turning. With our creativity and magic, we have the opportunity to influence that change powerfully and co-create the transformation we desire.
Heather Bleasdell MA
Here is the short version: I am a passionate artist, intuitive consultant, mother and teacher living in Northern, California with my husband and 2 precious daughters (Addie Rose and Ida.) I work with clients one-on-one as an Intuitive Consultant and teach classes in art, creativity, altar making, ritual, meditation, intuitive development & magic. Currently, I love hanging out with my family, gardening, trail running, painting, art making, altar building and experimenting in my creative laboratory.
Find Me
Training
As far as my training goes, I’ve always pursued my own unique interests to create a path for myself in the world. I don’t know exactly how the planets aligned to bring me here today, but I consider myself incredibly lucky to have had the educational experiences I have had. After High School, I traveled through Europe on a Eurail pass (awesome and liberating). Then, I earned a BA in English Literature with an emphasis in Women’s Studies & Film from UC Santa Barbara, and got my MA in Interdisciplinary Art from San Francisco State University, with an emphasis on Video, Web-based Technology & Story-telling in my late twenties. I went on to graduate from a 3 year program in Intuitive Development at the School of Art & Magic with Mary Swanson in 2004. Before starting work as a full-time Intuitive Consultant & teacher of art, ritual and magic, I worked as an independent web designer for 8 years, as well as taught private classes, workshops and retreats in creativity, design and movie-making.
AND I did a hell of a lot of fun things in between – lived in Costa Rica to learn Spanish (still not very good, but lively), got certified in Scuba Diving, earned my pilot’s license, jumped out of a plane, learned how to snow board really fast and through the trees, ran the SF Marathon, enjoyed Outward Bound, sold my artwork, lived in a VW van for a Colorado summer, learned to white water kayak (scary!), discovered Process-painting and astrology, studied Buddhism, Meditation, the Landmark Forum, Shamanic Journeys, and enjoyed Native American Sweat Lodges, and read lots and lots of books on everything I was interested in. And when I was 30, I found Mary Swanson… and I was given permission to have my own experience. Everything changed. The Lights Came ON.

Dedication
This website is dedicated to my dad, Captain W. Patrick Sullivan. He was a commercial pilot for 37 years and a terrific dad. He was a champion for me in this lifetime….and continues to cheer for me from the other side. I miss him like crazy.

This is how my dad hugged - full on.
