Questions to get the Juices Flowing

Inspire your natural creativity by asking yourself questions and allowing the ansers to “pop up” without judgement. This is about connecting to your OWN SOUL. It doesn’t have to make sense. It’s about the process – feeling and creating, not creating your feelings. If you find that you are losing energy while building your altar, ask yourself “If anything could come on or off the altar, what would it be?”

• What would you create if nobody will ever judge what you do or ever see it?
• What would you add if something totally unexpected appeared all at once?
• What would you do if you could mix things that do not mix?
• What would you do/create/add if could up the stakes?
• What would you create if you were not afraid of any consequences, and if there were no punishment of any sort?
• What would you create if you were not afraid to feel?
• What would you create if this altar did not count?
• What would you create if you could relax, loosen and be spontaneous?
• What would you create if you could break the rules?
