Process-painting, or any other form of process-based expressive art, is about being where you are in the present moment, feeling what you feel, trusting your intuition and staying open. We playfully ask ourselves, “if anything could happen, what wants to happen next?” Be ready for spontaneous self-expression, wonder and delight. You might surprise yourself!

A 2 day workshops for those who want CREATIVITY to become a bigger part of their life and who are deepening their inquiry into what is AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION for them. We will take a magical adventure through the process of painting and creative exploration. Open up the door to communicating with your own soul, move stagnant energy, and discover a re-newed sense of creativity and excitement in a “comment-free” environment where we leave rules and judgments behind. Dare to live a more expressed, spontaneous, creative life through playing with paint. No painting experience necessary and all levels are welcome.

Time: 2 day workshop, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Petaluma Art House
Cost: $225 includes all materials, instruction and a healthy organic snack.
