Payment Policy
Payment is due in advance of your session. I accept cash, check or credit/debit. I accept credit/debit through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account yourself, to pay with a credit/debit card. Because paying through Paypal is the easiest and quickest way to receive payment from all over the world, this is my preferred payment method. However, if you feel most comfortable paying by check, that is fine too – just let me know when you recieve my confirmation email after scheduling your appointment online.

After you schedule your session, I will send you a confirmation email that will include my current sliding scale. Once you meditate on what feels good for you, then you can make the appropriate payment.
CHECK or CASH
After you schedule your session, I will send you a confirmation email. If you would like to pay by check or cash, email me and let me know. Then I will send you my mailing address. Please note: Payment is due in advance of your session. Because this method of payment is slower – they don’t call is Snail Mail for nothing – please give yourself plenty of time to insure your payment arrives before our date.
Cancelation Policy
When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please give Heather 24 hours notice so your spot can be filled. If you give less than 24 hours notice you may be responsible for payment of the full session. If you miss your appointment without contacting Heather, you will be responsible for the full payment.
