This link will take you to my online scheduler for one hour phone appointments on Tuesday mornings, and early-bird appts on Thursday and Friday mornings. If you need something other than what you see (such as a different day, an early morning or evening appt, or a 30 minute appt) please send me an email.

These are general time slots, actual times vary. If you would like to see what is currently available, visit the link above. If you need a time/day that is not listed, please let me know and we will find something that works for you. All times are Pacific Standard Time.
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM & 10:15 AM
Thursdays: 7:30 AM
Fridays: 7:30 AM

Payment is due in advance of your session. When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please give Heather 24 hours notice so your spot can be filled. If you give less than 24 hours notice you may be responsible for payment of the full session. If you miss your appointment without contacting Heather, you will be responsible for the full payment.
