Once your payment is received, I will send you a confirmation of your participation which will include:

• Class Instructions
• Phone Number & Access Code to join the class on Wednesday Night.
• Pre-class assignment to get the creative juices flowing.

If you miss the class for any reason, or if you would like to review the meditation, you can listen to it again free of charge for up to 30 days.
